Welcome to Restaurant Plates, where we serve bistro-style dishes inspired by the Danish-French kitchen. Here, you can expect a sharp focus on casual gastronomy, a more flexible menu, and generous pours of Burgundy wines by the glass – all at favorable prices. Mix and match from our à la carte menu or choose our set menu and let the chef decide.

Enjoy a spectacular view from the 17th floor, stretching from north to south – all the way to Fanø. The interior offers an international and welcoming atmosphere, where indulgence and bold flavors take center stage.

Exceptional cocktails and views – Bar 66 is a tribute to the island Bornholm.
We’re now also introducing a tribute cocktail in honor of the renowned liquorice king and Bornholm native, Johan Bülow.
You can also enjoy signature cocktails like Jylkat, Marapytta, and Bar 66 by Night, along with Bornholm craft beers from Svaneke Bryghus and juices from Bornholms Mosteri.

Now you can enjoy a truly special lunch experience at the top of Esbjerg. Every Friday and Saturday, we open for serving delicious lunch from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Our menu features a classic smørrebrød selection as well as à la carte open-faced sandwiches, offering everything from traditional herring, salmon, and plaice fillet to Pariserbøf à la Plates with all your favorites, bringing everyone together around the table.
